Offering a variety of options for lunchtimes, after work treats, and weekend dining, the new food hall has a new gin bar from The Bolton Gin Company, named Chill.
Cuisines on offer are Japanese, Caribbean, Indian, Italian, as well as gourmet burgers, Hainanese chicken, freshly cooked kebab dishes, and a sweet drinks and desserts unit.
Open later Fridays and Saturdays, the new food hall adds to the town’s night time economy, inviting musicians and acoustic acts to entertain diners.
Offering space for up to 200 people, there is both indoor and outdoor seating available, with 160 seats available outside, utilising the Bolton Market space.
